How do I connect 2 satellite dishes over 1 cable to 2 decoders and 1 television please?
Q. Hi I have 2 satellite dishes pointing at 2 different satellites. I have 1 cable between the location of the satellite dishes and the the location of the 2 decoders and 1 tv. I want to connect 1 dish to 1 decoder and the TV and the 2nd dish to the other decoder and the TV What is the best way to connect this please? I tried a splitter at both ends but it dosen't seem to do the job. Thanks

This is what the directions say: sc 2, 2-sc dec I understand that I single crochet 2 times and then 2 single crochet decreases but I don't know if I'm supposed to the 2nd decrease in the same holes as the first or seperate ones. Either way I do it it's either not coming closer together or it's to close together. Please help.

Q. I live in Australia and recently purchased a Yamaha AV Receiver and it has a 2 prong socket. I also have a sub woofer which has a 2 prong electrical plug. The Yamaha gives me the ability to control the power of my sub when I turn the receiver on/off which is ideal! However upon reading the recommended positioning of the sub woofer in a 5.1 speaker arrangement my sub woofer cable just isn't long enough. I've thought about cutting the earth on a standard extension cable, but I'm worried about the safety of doing this. I've searched for adapters, but to no avail. There doesn't seem to be an extension cord on the market that does it. Hell I've even contemplated converting the power using an Australia to US adapter and then a US adapter… [cont.]

Why is there a 2 week waiting period before you can start collecting Employment Insurance in Canada?
Q. I'm curious on why the government makes you wait 2 weeks (then an additional 2 more weeks) before you can start collecting on benifits? I work for a school system and every summer I've worked, but when I collect EI I have to wait 2 weeks regardless if my work is Seasonal, so to say.

What would cause 2 rope fish to float to the top while trying to swim, then roll belly up and die?
Q. Their last meal, 2 days prior were live earth worms that were also eaten by other fish in the same tank. Nothing else was harmed. The rope fish have also been in the same tank for a few months, they are not new to the tank. Could it be swim bladder or a parasite? Again, it only affected the 2 rope fish.

A. You could make to separate users and make them both members of the Administrators *group*. This will give them (almost?) the same priviliges as the Administrator user (which is disabled by default anyway in XP), while maintaining their own Desktop, My Documents, Apps Data and so on. The only why to keep something private from the Adminstrators, is using some sort of encryption on the files... and even then, an administrator could simply delete it. I upped her formula to 2 1/2 ounces but an hour later she is still hungry and usually drinks another ounce. she eats 2 1/2 ounces every 2 hours and sometimes she is still hungry and will drink another ounce an hour later. i was just wondering if this is happening to other moms with little babies and how much you feed your baby at a time and how often.

A. if they are neutred before they start spraying i do believe they wont spray . . . .my male cats that are fixed do not spray (they are also out side in the summer and inside in the winter). . . i've never had a problem with spraying from neutered male cats. but that may just be me and my cats. note : i perfer male cats b/c they seem to have more personality. .. but i like both, i usually (when i go to the pound) get a cat that has a personality simlar to mine. i have 13 cats atm and 7 of them are kittens. . . they havent sprayed but i am getting them fixed as soon as possible so i wont have to worry about spraying males.

Q. I am going to adopt 2 kittens, considering 2 males, they will be neutered house cats. Should I be concerned about spraying to mark their territory? Would I be better off to adopt one male and one female, or two females?

Why does my 2 player Simpsons Arcade Game look different than other ones?
Q. I just bought a stand up Simpsons arcade game (2 player) and some of the things, like the control board, and the cabinet look different than other 2 player Simpsons arcade games I've seen. Does anyone know why this is? Did Konami make different cabinets and control boards or did people just put the PCBs and marquees in different cabinets?

A. The Simpsons was going to be just a 4 player releases cabinet but they decided to sell one type of cabinet for two player. Also you were able to buy the PCB, marquee, and artwork to install in a general cabinet. I have converted two, two players cabinets and refurbished one 4 player cabinet which I still have in my game room.
